Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mod + Jo pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Mod + Jo pouch and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
